Poster presentations

Posters should have the format 120 cm high and 85 cm wide (or less). During registration on Sunday 29th September you will be asked to hang up your poster as soon as possible (Sunday or Monday morning) according to the code that will appear in the conference book of abstracts and in one of the poster rooms. At the same time, you will be asked to stick a yellow sticker, provided at the registration desk, in the upper right corner of your poster, unless you are not eligible for a poster prize because you are the presenter of this poster but:

you are not a PhD student nor a postdoctoral fellow
or
you have been granted a travel award for IRT 2010.

Oral presentations

Oral presentations should be illustrated through an MS PowerPoint document (.ppt or .pptx). Please avoid rare fonts or elements that are likely not to show up as expected on another computer than the one you used to prepare the .ppt or .pptx.

The .ppt or .pptx file should be given during registration on Sunday 29th August (especially all Monday presentations): During registration you will be asked for a USB memory stick from which your .ppt or .pptx file will be copied on either a PC or a Mac. In the congress hall you will not be allowed to connect your own PC or Mac. Both Mac and PC platforms and a remote/pointer will be provided by us.
